Personal Background and Communities Served
Joanne's life has taken her from Cicero, North Riverside, La Grange Park and now Western Springs with her husband and son, Anthony. Joanne and her husband, Tarquin, raised their three sons in La Grange Park. This village in very dear to her and she knows it extremely well. Her boys went through the district #102 schools and are successful from their education, sports activities and experiences they received.
